Still Waters

Following up on their 2012 release of an EP entitled “Beneath Box Hill” who’s signature track “Inside my head” won Prog magazines’ best unsigned band competition, the band have now released a full gatefold vinyl album that also comes packaged with a CD.

Still Waters comprises of 5 tracks, and is also available for download on Bandcamp

The band started out in 2007 and have built a reputation for providing highest quality tributes to the music of Genesis, Pink Floyd, Camel, Supertramp, ELP, Rush, King Crimson, and Jethro Tull.

Commenting on the release, Grant Harrison said “We were encouraged by the response we had to our first entrée into writing our own music from the readers of Prog magazine-so we started working towards releasing our first album- We have always played an eclectic mix within our tribute shows so we wanted our album to capture this same variety

Still Waters is largely based on the quirky stories of the local area and themes that resonate with us. It has an intricate, lyrical and pastoral feel that has one foot in perhaps the work of early Genesis and one foot in the more contemporary- the album certainly fuses many of our varied inspirations” – Nelson Porter
